What happens to messages outside my data retention period?

Your date picker is limited to the end of your data retention window. By default, that’s 24 months, meaning you can select any date up to 24 months in the past.

Messages beyond that period are not deleted — they remain stored in SEINō and can be accessed again if you extend your data retention.
