What does the Subscriber widget do?
The Subscriber widget tracks the health and growth of a specific subscriber list, showing total membership, net change (delta), new subscribers in, and subscribers out — all in one compact view. How to configure it:
- Drag the Subscriber widget onto your dashboard.
- Select a Subscriber list from the dropdown (e.g. Subscribers - Customer Repeat Buyers).
The widget displays the list's total subscriber count, the delta (net change with percentage), the number of subscribers who joined (In) and left (Out) in the period, and a bar chart showing daily In/Out movement alongside a total membership trend line.
A few examples to use the Subscriber widget
- Monitor your high-value "Customer Repeat Buyers" list to ensure it's growing and that churn isn't outpacing acquisition.
- Track a re-engagement segment's "Out" count after sending a sunset campaign to confirm inactive contacts are being cleaned as expected.
- Watch a new welcome series audience list grow week over week as a proxy for new customer acquisition performance.

Your list health, always visible
A large list means nothing if it's quietly shrinking. The Subscriber widget surfaces the in/out balance so you can spot list erosion before it becomes a problem — and celebrate growth when campaigns are working. The total count is the headline; the delta is the insight. A list with 14,000 subscribers and a positive delta is healthy. The same size list with a negative delta needs attention.
