What does the List widget do?

The List widget ranks items by a single metric, creating a leaderboard view that immediately highlights your best and worst performers. How to configure it:

  1. Drag the List widget onto your dashboard.
  2. Select your Dataset, apply Filters (e.g. Month equals Mar), and choose a Metric (e.g. Click to open %).
  3. Set Group by to define what you're ranking (e.g. Automation name).
  4. Configure Ordering: choose the order-by field and set direction (Asc or Desc).
  5. Toggle Comparison on or off to show a delta column alongside current values.
  6. Set Limit rows to 5, 10, 25, or None.

The widget renders a ranked list with inline bar indicators for each row, plus current value and delta columns when comparison is enabled.

A few examples to use the List widget

  • Rank all automations by Click to Open % to instantly see which flows are driving the most engagement and which need reworking.
  • Sort campaigns by Revenue descending to identify your highest-value sends of the month.
  • Use a 5-row limit with comparison enabled for a "Top 5 automations this month vs. last month" block that fits neatly on any dashboard.

Your instant performance leaderboard

Stop scrolling through rows of data to find your top performers. The List widget surfaces the ranking the moment the dashboard loads, so you know what's working and what isn't before your first coffee.

Flip the order. Switch from Desc to Asc to see your lowest performers at the top. Your worst-performing automations often need more attention than your best ones. And they're easier to fix when they're staring you in the face.
