How do I use the funnel widget to track drop-off or conversion?
The Funnel widget helps you visualize how your audience moves through each step of your journey—from send to conversion. It’s perfect for identifying where engagement drops off and where you’re performing well.
What it shows:
The funnel displays each stage in your conversion flow as a horizontal step, along with:
- The total number of contacts who reached that stage
- The percentage of people who continued from the previous step

- 43.93M messages were sent
- 42.6M were delivered (96.97%)
- 11.57M were opened (27.18%)
- 1.92M had clicks (16.67%)
- 97.6K led to transactions (5.41%)
This gives you a clear visual breakdown of where people drop off and what your conversion rates are across the entire funnel.
How to set it up:
- Add a Funnel widget to your dashboard
- Give your funnel a title (like "Black Friday Campaign Performance")
- Choose the conversion metrics you want to track (e.g. Sent, Delivered, Open, Clicks, Transactions)
- Optionally, add filters—such as campaign, segment, or country—to focus on a specific audience
- Drag and drop the stages into the order you want to visualize
