How can I monitor my database size or subscriber growth over time?

One of SEINō’s powerful features is the ability to visualize your database size over time.

We do this by importing your list from your marketing automation platform—without any personal data—and creating daily snapshots. This gives you a clear view of how your audience evolves, whether you're tracking total growth or zooming in on specific segments.

Depending on your ESP, we can pull in predefined lists so you can monitor the size of key groups—like active subscribers, buyers, or engaged leads—day by day.

Example of subscriber widget

The bar chart shows daily inflow (In, green) and outflow (Out, red) over time. The thin grey line represents total list membership—your net result, day by day.

What the numbers mean:

  • Total

The current size of the list on the last day in your selected date range.

  • Delta

The net change in the number of subscribers compared to the first date of the selected period

Percentage change is also shown to highlight growth or decline.

  • In

The total number of people who entered this list during the selected period.

  • Out

The number of people who left the list in the same period.

Tooltips are available when you hover over each bar for more detail.

This widget updates daily based on your synced ESP data.
