Introduction

With the Klaviyo integration, you can analyze your email and automation data directly in SEINō. This gives you one central place for all your email performance metrics. This guide explains how to connect your Klaviyo account step by step.

Step 1. Open the integration page

In SEINō, go to Setting -> Integrations and select Klaviyo.

You can also access the page directly here: https://app.seino.ai/workspaces/settings/integrations/klaviyo

If you don’t have a SEINō account yet, create one first. Signing up automatically starts a free trial, no billing details required.

During onboarding you can connect your email platform immediately:

Click Connect.
Search for Klaviyo and select it.
Click Connect Klaviyo.

Step 2. Authorize the integration

A Klaviyo popup will appear asking you to accept the integration and grant the required rights.

SEINō only requests view rights.
We will never create, update, or delete data in your Klaviyo account.
SEINō cannot trigger flows or send campaigns. Click Allow to complete the connection. Your Klaviyo account will now be linked to your SEINō workspace.

With our built-in editor, you can include:

Headings
Rich text
Lists
Links (Links always open in a new window)
Images (Note: images must be hosted externally, as uploads are not supported)
Videos (Simply paste a YouTube video URL to embed) You can format your content using bold, italics, or strikethrough, and align it both horizontally and vertically. Customize background colors and layout styles to highlight key messages and make your dashboard easier to scan.

How do I use the funnel widget to track drop-off or conversion?

The Funnel widget helps you visualize how your audience moves through each step of your journey—from send to conversion. It’s perfect for identifying where engagement drops off and where you’re performing well.

What it shows:

The funnel displays each stage in your conversion flow as a horizontal step, along with:

The total number of contacts who reached that stage
The percentage of people who continued from the previous step In the example shown:
43.93M messages were sent
42.6M were delivered (96.97%)
11.57M were opened (27.18%)
1.92M had clicks (16.67%)
97.6K led to transactions (5.41%) This gives you a clear visual breakdown of where people drop off and what your conversion rates are across the entire funnel.

How to set it up:

Add a Funnel widget to your dashboard
Give your funnel a title (like "Black Friday Campaign Performance")
Choose the conversion metrics you want to track (e.g. Sent, Delivered, Open, Clicks, Transactions)
Optionally, add filters—such as campaign, segment, or country—to focus on a specific audience
Drag and drop the stages into the order you want to visualize

How do I compare performance between two time periods

To compare performance between two time periods, start by selecting your primary date range using the datepicker.
Then click on “Comparison” to choose the period you'd like to compare it against.
Once you click “Apply”, your dashboard will automatically update to reflect both time ranges—highlighting differences directly in your widgets, including the KPI widget.

You can choose from 5 comparison options:

Disabled – No comparison applied
Preceding period – Compare to the immediately prior period (default)
Year over year – Compare the same period from the previous year
Month over month – Compared to the previous calendar month
Custom – Manually select a custom comparison range

This lets you quickly spot trends, shifts, and improvements—without any manual work.
