Introduction

With the Klaviyo integration, you can analyze your email and automation data directly in SEINō. This gives you one central place for all your email performance metrics. This guide explains how to connect your Klaviyo account step by step.

Step 1. Open the integration page

In SEINō, go to Setting -> Integrations and select Klaviyo.

You can also access the page directly here: https://app.seino.ai/workspaces/settings/integrations/klaviyo

If you don’t have a SEINō account yet, create one first. Signing up automatically starts a free trial, no billing details required.

During onboarding you can connect your email platform immediately:

Click Connect.
Search for Klaviyo and select it.
Click Connect Klaviyo.

Step 2. Authorize the integration

A Klaviyo popup will appear asking you to accept the integration and grant the required rights.

SEINō only requests view rights.
We will never create, update, or delete data in your Klaviyo account.
SEINō cannot trigger flows or send campaigns. Click Allow to complete the connection. Your Klaviyo account will now be linked to your SEINō workspace.

Can I share my Data Explorer reports?

Every Data Explorer report has built-in sharing controls accessible from the share icon in the report toolbar. You can manage access for individual team members or everyone in your organization using the People with access section, where each person or group has a permission level you can adjust via a dropdown. You can also generate a public link by enabling the Publicly available toggle. Anyone with that link can view the report without needing a SEINō login. Use the Copy button to grab the URL and share it anywhere.

How to share a report

Open your Data Explorer report.
Click the share icon in the top right toolbar.
In People with access, set permissions for your team or organization.
To create a public link, toggle Publicly available on.
Click Copy to copy the shareable URL.

Navigate to Settings > Billing
Hit the "Cancel Plan" button.

Once cancelled, your workspace will remain active until the end of your current billing period—so nothing stops working immediately.

How do I compare performance between two date ranges?

Track how your email metrics change over time by setting a primary date range and a comparison period side by side.

Open the date picker from the top right of your dashboard (e.g. "Last week 2 – 8 Mar 2026").
Under the Date range tab, select a preset (This week, Last month, Last quarter, etc.) or enter a custom From and To date manually.
Click the Comparison tab.
Choose a comparison mode.
Click Apply. Your active comparison appears in the top right.

Comparison modes

Preceding period - the period immediately before your selected range
Year over year - the same range from one year ago
Month over month - the same range from the previous month
Same period -1 month - your range shifted back one month
Custom - pick any comparison window manually using the From and To fields
